6 Simple Ways to Build Up your Confidence in Relationship

There are 6 simple methods that you can use to build confidence in your relationship. For example, when it comes to building trust in a relationship is to focus on stable and consistent behavior. If you are everywhere, then it is more difficult to build confidence!

Here 6 tips for building trust in your relationship:

1. Do not hide things from your partner

You may think it hides the fact that you hate horror movies of your partner's fine, but I say that when a horror film arrives in his body language, or energy, is going to give you and your partner will to suspect - though I do not know why! It's hard to hide the true feelings fully and subtly filters.

Do not hide anything from your partner. The truth is that they have nothing to hide! If you are doing nothing wrong and are not betraying in some way, then you should be able to tell anything. They are a partner, after all! Communication and exchange is essential for the growth of their relationship.

2. Being predictable

Yes, I said, but it's worth saying again! You have to be consistent in your behavior and attitude in order to build trust. And if you are working on rebuilding that trust is especially important.

If you have left your partner and took him back, any waiver little in the way they act or what you do will be enough to arouse suspicion in them and possibly send them in a panic. You would feel the same if it comes to trust your partner again.
Doing little things to be predictable, such as:

Keep a schedule
Do not tell different stories about where they were, what you want, or what you like
Appear at predictable
Consistently share your day, or not, but be consistent!

3. Let your actions match your words

You can say something all you want, but if their actions do not act your words, you partner will be suspect.

For example, my ex boyfriend told me nothing was wrong with his health, but the cough and snort a million times a day. I knew something was wrong, I suspected for a long time and finally I realized I was right - I was doing drugs!

The point is that I never fully trusted him.

Behavior that does not match your words always arouse suspicion, if it becomes the drug or not. So make sure that if you say you feel good, act as if it feels good. If you say you love your partner body then act as if your body love partners. They always say what you mean.

4. Work on your relationship

The more you focus on your relationships and build a solid foundation under it, have more confidence in the relationship. The improvement in the happiness of their relationship should be a target for a lifetime. There should be a goal that has worked until you are comfortable with and then forgotten until problems. Constant work is necessary in a relationship to keep it strong and consistent to build trust.

5. Be honest about your desires, wants and needs

No matter if you and your partner are in line with their wants and needs, it only matters that respect for others wishes and needs. This means that to be honest with your partner and build confidence, you have to share their real needs in the relationship.

Do not be afraid to tell your partner that you like a quiet time alone at night. Your partner should respect the fact that you are being honest and true to yourself despite knowing that could have upset your partner - and that is honesty in the middle! It should build confidence in you when you are so honest.

6. Do not be afraid to say No!

If you are a "yes" person, then partner may lose the trust of your partner, after all - who constantly says yes to everything you are asked to do? No one! Is suspicious!

When you say no to your partner is seen to have the guts to be honest with them, which in turn builds trust. So do not be afraid to say no and give their real reasons, and enjoy the fact that they were honest.

If it's a new relationship or an old building trust is an important part of any relationship!
