How to Heal Feeling After Breaking Up

It's natural thing when we break up we feeling sad. but the sadness is not to make we can not productive anymore. failure in the romance does not mean to fail in the achievement. or choosing suicide, o come on man!

Here i give you some tips on how to heal your self after breaking with your partner.


1. Receive 

 Accepting the decision you already made is one of ways to reduce your broken heart feeling. If decision has has made no way to back, so think it carefully before deciding to break up.

2. Keep your distance
Soon after breaking up, you should make a distance with your ex-lover because at that time your and his/her emotional has not been stable. One of ways to make a distance is do not go to the particular place that your ex-lover visit.

3. Stop blaming
Emotional state will continue uninterrupted if you are constantly discussing the former error or fault of your own. No longer fixated on the past. If indeed there are mistakes you do in relationships that last, do not blame yourself anymore. Improve yourself to run a successful relationship in the future. remember what i said, failure in romance can not stop me from being more creative.

4. Enjoy the Solitude 
Do not rush to start a new relationship. Do not ever start a relationship because of loneliness. Try to enjoy your solitude first. This is when you are enjoying time with friends of the family as well. In a hurry to have a new relationship actually increase your risk of repeating the same mistakes.

5. Do not Revenge 
Revenge is one sign that you are not willing to let go of the former. After all, the purpose of revenge will only hurt yourself. Trying to make the ex jealous and so will only make your grief more protracted.

6. Doing your hobby 
If before your time runs out to just be alone with your partner, it's time to do the things you love without thinking of her or his feelings. You can cycling, diving, or just spend time in shopping centers to relieve stress.

7. Be grateful 
This may sound strange, but rest assured that the separation may be the best way for you and the former for now. As written on the first point, the decision split decision is not in a hurry, but has been thought out carefully. Perhaps this separation is the way to get someone better.
