9 Mood Modifiers

Food is not only a major source to meet the nutritional needs for the body every day, but it also can be a mood changer.

At a certain moment, sometimes we need at some foods that can balance or improve your mood is down. Here are some foods that are believed to improve and change your mood:

1. Popcorn

5. Hot chocolate
Phytochemicals found in cocoa beans known to positively improve mood and lower blood pressure. Drink a cup of hot chocolate before bed, so sleep became more restful.

6. Chocolate

This drink is similar to red wine, contain polyphenols which maintain heart health and reduce the risk of stroke. In addition, grape juice also help keep your mood and prevent aging of the brain.

Researchers at the Tufts've evaluated the effect of grape juice in the rat brain. The researchers believe that the effect of grape juice in mice was the same as in humans. The key is to drink pure juice without added sugar and do not peel the skin.
